Reliability and Maintenance Cost Evaluation of Long-Period Service System

Military aircraft and other weapon equipment systems are becoming more and more complex,and the failure rules of complex equipment systems are also becoming more and more complicated.Maintenance is an important means to maintain the quality characteristics of equipment.Reasonable measurement of the effective of maintenance behavior on reliability and maintenance costs are important for equipment support,reliability predicting and support effectiveness.A reliability model for complex equipment is fitted by Gamma distribution based on service data,and through the actual maintenance process of the equipment,a service life regression model based on the normal distribution is designed to measure the random maintenance effect of the equipment.Then cost model of equipment maintenance for preventive maintenance and opportunistic maintenance are constructed.Taking an aircraft carrier information detection as an example,the built life distribution model,imperfect maintenance model and maintenance cost model are verified respectively.The results show that the presented method can reflect the reliability and maintainability of the equipment in the real service environment more realistically.Research methods and results can provide decision-making methods and basis for the design,service and support evaluation of complex equipment.
